Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing your tracking number and the carrier name (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx, or local postal service). Please keep this email handy, as it contains all the information you need.

  1. Locate your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. It typically looks like a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784).
  2. Visit a reliable third-party tracking website such as 17Track. This service supports hundreds of carriers worldwide and works without requiring registration.
  3. Enter your tracking number into the search bar on the website and click the "Track" button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status of your shipment, including location updates and estimated delivery dates.

Using 17Track for Package Tracking

17Track is a free, user-friendly tool that consolidates tracking information from multiple carriers. Here’s how to use it:

  • Go to https://www.17track.net .
  • Paste or type your tracking number into the input field on the homepage.
  • Click the orange "Track" button. You will see real-time updates, including when the package was picked up, in transit, out for delivery, or delivered.
  • Optionally, you can bookmark the tracking page to check back later without re-entering the number.

If you prefer another service, PackageRadar and AfterShip offer similar functionality and are also excellent choices.

What to Do If Tracking Information Is Not Updating

It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation, especially for international orders. If your tracking number shows no updates after 48 hours, or if you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us directly at [email protected]. Our team will investigate and provide you with an update as quickly as possible.
