We offer a single, standardized shipping option: Standard Shipping. This method is available for all products in our store, including mechanical keyboards, gaming mice, headphones, and headsets. Please note that no expedited or express shipping options are currently available.

All orders are subject to a flat shipping fee. Free shipping is not offered on any order, regardless of the total purchase amount. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard Shipping generally takes 5–10 business days for domestic addresses and 10–20 business days for international destinations. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas or regions may have limited delivery options. If your address is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Items
KasteVolt is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are handed over to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
